It would be great if admins are updated on any app changes with new features

At the moment, users can see others' recent activities in Directory. But there's a Friends Module. I think only users can see friend's activities.1 vote
Can organize song with lyrics, chords and manage team for Sunday Worship who will sing or play instrument3 votes
This is quite important because we are still exploring the possibility of online registration. So far we have done it but it is only through the website. We believe that if the app can offer this, we will have higher take up for courses because of the convenience of signing up.
How's the development of this module so far? What details would be required for a complete sign up? Also, if we do need to charge, is it only paypal or is the app able to do enets / credit card payments as well?1 vote
We currently use podbean for our podcast (Sermon recordings). This provides a feed into iTunes - preferred by some of our users.
It also provides a podcast player that is embedded on our website. see http://www.scfchurch.uk/homepage/podcast/
We could just use the podcast module for recordings and only use the sermon module for the notes and slides.
What would be better is for the Sermon Module to provide a iTunes feed and secondly website integration - an embedded player.
[It may be simpler for the sermon module to just provide the iTunes Feed, then embed a third party iTunes player].3 votes
To be able to view an existing google calendar or to integrate the Google calendar with the upcoming events page.4 votes
Each user might have preference for different font sizes. This will be useful for text heavy items such as devotionals and study notes.3 votes
We would like to know when the Rostering Module will be available as this would really help us out and avoid getting duplicate systems :)2 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. Would be a great addition!
If possible, improve the note-taking function to include options for varying font, colour and input e.g. drawing, writing, taking photos.4 votes
If a user does not have a smartphone and just uses the webapp to access oikos, then they will not see messages until they next log in.
I suggest that in the manage notifications setting page, users could have an extra option - "notify by email (if not logged in)".
I suggest this feature is only needed for direct messages, announcements and events.
Sending a text message may also be an option instead of email.3 votes
Thanks! That’s a great idea and something we will consider adding on. We wouldn’t want to send too many notifications so we’d have to look at a good way to design it as an option!
Send an activation email or SMS on signup. This helps verify that the contact method belongs to them. Also, contact should be unique. (only 1 instance of email in system)5 votes
Unique emails are enforced in the app.
The app is currently designed to make signup as simple and seamless as possible as well as allow churches that require authentication to use member verification methods to do so.
I edited an old news / announcement, with updated details.
It stayed in its old position in the list rather than going to the top.
I suggest it may be useful to be able to promote an item to the top of list.
(Or update the article date)?1 vote
For those using the document module as a specific folder. Eg. Magazine Issue.3 votes
Great Idea! Will be looking into it!
It would be great if we could write a bible verse anywhere (e.g. John 3:16), and it automatically linked to the Bible module.12 votes
We tested this, but found it often auto-linked inaccurately. We hope to add this in the future, when we have time to refine the detection algorithm!

One of the churches wanted to integrate one of their existing system in the app ( e.g attendance module) - they are getting back to us with more details of their system1 vote
Is there a way I can post old videos but still have the new videos on the top? And post videos by categories or tags? Thanks!1 vote
Thanks for the request. Sounds like something that might be helpful and will be considered!
Members relationships (eg - spouse, children) can be stored and viewed in the member database.6 votes
We will be reviewing our member database and how we can integrate that better with the church database in the future.
Allow admins to copy an existing event or create events that repeat weekly/monthly/yearly.9 votes
Considering in module update
